Promobot’s portfolio includes service robots, expressive human-like systems and educational equipment. These products should be compared by their intended interaction or learning task. A face that moves convincingly does not establish that the system can navigate independently or manipulate objects.
The range illustrates the development of robotics around communication as well as movement. Product names and configurations matter because an educational platform, a reception robot and an expressive head can share branding while offering very different hardware and software access.
Ask for the precise model and the functions included in the contract. Evaluate speech and interaction in the actual environment. For a mobile configuration, request obstacle-handling tests and clarify whether navigation, conversation or both depend on remote services.
